I am struggling with some body issues for the first time in my life.

It’s not a terrible or even a bad situation. It’s just that I’ve been on the smaller side and now suddenly I’ve gained some weight but it just sits awkwardly on my small frame and what is this I don’t like it.

I started running and doing reallllllyyyy basic weight training (ish) a few weeks ago. And eating smaller portions. And attempting to eat healthier. But sometimes you just gotta chow down on some Chicken E. And I totally understand why people rarely follow through on diet and exercise. Results are not instantaneous and it is incredibly frustrating.

Calories are rude.
